Fitness expert and transformation coach Flavia Del Monte, along with her husband Vince Del Monte, adds fitness model to her list of accomplishments lands on the August 2011 cover of FitnessX.com Magazine.

With a short three weeks notice and preparation time, Flavia and Vince were able to step up their already impressive workout and nutrition regime to get in to top physical form for the photo shoot.
