ONELAN's DCE has been shortlisted for an award in the Digital Devices category of the 2012 BETT Awards

OXFORDSHIRE, ENGLAND, November 20, 2011 /Advertising Marketing PR News/ -- ONELAN is delighted to have been shortlisted for a BETT award 2012 in the Digital Devices category with its Data Collection Engine (DCE). ONELAN's DCE v 3 has recently been enhanced by several new exciting features including bulk reconfiguration allowing configuration changes to be made to all connections with a single button press, a new Text connector and improvements to tabular media design.

This award category rewards the development of innovative and effective ICT hardware for learning and teaching in the primary, secondary and further education and skills sectors.

ONELAN will be demonstrating the DCE at the BETT show from 11-14TH January 2012 at Olympia, London.

ONELAN's Data Collection (DCE) enables organisations of all sizes to unlock the value of previously inaccessible data. Information held in spreadsheets, databases and business systems can now be easily repurposed for use on Digital Signage, web pages and other rich graphical displays.

ONELAN develops network appliances for standalone and end-to-end Digital Signage network solutions. The Net-Top-Box is a multimedia, multi-zoned solution capable of Touch Interactivity. With a browser based user interface, the system is fully multi-lingual and capable of displaying both stored media and live media e.g RSS feeds, web pages and broadcast TV or locally streamed video.
