Drawing on 24 years of industry experience, Ms. Loope McGowan serves as the president and owner of Tri-State Building Services, LLC, a company that serves the need for the proper and exact cleaning of commercial buildings. In her position, Ms. Loope McGowan manages commercial cleaning operations, oversees all business functions, and works with her management team.
Furthermore, Ms. Loope McGowan also owns XPress Paper and Chemical LLC, a company which offers more than 60 thousand items. A product marketing specialist, she also developed and sells a line of private label cleaning products. She opened a janitorial outlet for the products at 4511 Central Avenue Pike in Knoxville, Tenn. on November 14, 2011.
Ms. Loope McGowan earned a Bachelor of Science in international business and a Bachelor of Science in marketing, both from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She is a member of the Knoxville Chamber of Commerce, ISSA, and Building Service Contractors Association International. When not working, Ms. Loope McGowan enjoys flying her own plane; she retains affiliation with the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association.
